CODE OF CONDUCT
When you agree to participate in our escape room experiences, you agree to a certain code of conduct while playing. The most important thing that is asked of you is to please follow all rules and instructions provided to you by your game master during the experience. The rules we provide are in place in order to protect you from harm and to protect our game from being damages. Any blatant disregard for rules may result in you being removed from your game without a refund or will require you to pay for any damages you have caused to our property.
For the safety of of you and our staff, we ask that no one arrives to the experience under the influence of drugs or alcohol; nor do we condone the use of drugs or alcohol on the premises. We remove the right to refuse service to you if you are under the influence of controlled substances during your game.
Finally we ask that you arrive dressed appropriately with closed toe shoes if possible. This is for your safety as we do not want to risk anything falling on your foot and potentially injuring you. Please avoid wearing baggy clothing that you might trip over of accidentally hook onto object in the room resulting in damaged property.
REFUNDS
We like to make it very clear that all sales are final and we do not offer refunds of any kind once a purchase has been made. We ask that you double check that you have the correct number of tickets and have those tickets purchased for the correct game time before making your purchase to ensure that your appointment works for your needs. If you are unsure of your total number of players at the time of purchase, you can just purchase the minimum number of tickets (2) to make the reservation and add on additional tickets when you arrive. If you have any unused tickets because someone was unable to make it to the appointment, we cannot refund those tickets but we can load the value of those tickets onto a gift card to be used for a future game.
RESCHEDULES
We are more than happy to accommodate reschedule requests at any time, but please be aware that requesting to reschedule your game with less than 24 hours notice before your appointment will result in a $50 rescheduling fee. In order to avoid this fee, please reach out to us to reschedule your booking with more than 24 hours notice. Also, please be aware that ticket prices may be different on your rescheduled date depending on different factors like holiday pricing, promotions, etc. and you will be responsible for any new balance on your account for the new date.
CANCELLATIONS
We can accommodate a cancellation; however, we do not offer any refunds. If you are unable to make it to your booking and do not have a time in mind to reschedule your appointment to, we can load a gift card with the value of the tickets allowing you rebook at a future date at your own discretion. Please note: any reschedule or cancellation with less than 24 hours notice before your appointment time will result in a $50 cancellation fee. In order to avoid this fee, please let us know more than 24 hours in advance.
ARRIVAL & LATE POLICY
We kindly ask that you plan to arrive no earlier than 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment time and no later than 5 minutes after your scheduled appointment time. Our staff arrives about 10 minutes before your appointment to begin setting up so if you come sooner, there is a chance that there will be no one in the building to greet of accommodate you. If you have any reason to believe you will be late to your appointment, please reach out to us immediately to let us know the situation. More than likely we will be able to accommodate you, but depending on how late you are and how our schedule looks for the day, your time may need to be reduced in the experience as to not effect other appointments.
NO-SHOW
If you are running late to your appointment, we will attempt to reach out to you via the contact information provided in the booking. If we do not hear from you and you do not arrive within 20 minutes of your appointment time, you will be considered a no-show and your reservation will be cancelled. You will not be eligible for a refund or a rescheduling if this happens. Please do your best to reach out to us as soon as possible if there is anything that might make you late or unable to make it to your appointment.
